Welcome to Schema Gallery. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Schema Gallery WordPress plugin and related services provided by Impact Web Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using Schema Gallery, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Schema Gallery

Schema Gallery is a WordPress plugin developed and operated by Impact Web Solutions LLC, providing image and video gallery functionality with validated Schema markup for enhanced SEO and discoverability by search engines and AI platforms.

2. Search Results and Schema Validation Disclaimer

Schema Gallery provides technically valid schema.org markup that passes Google Rich Results Test validation. However, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, rich result appearances, click-through rates, or search visibility outcomes.

Search engine algorithms, including Google's determination of when and how to display rich results, are beyond our control and subject to change without notice. While our plugin implements industry best practices for structured data markup, actual search result presentation is determined solely by search engines based on numerous factors including content quality, site authority, competition, user behavior, and proprietary algorithms.

Schema Gallery's responsibility is limited to providing technically accurate and compliant schema markup that passes validation testing. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding:

  • Search engine performance or ranking improvements
  • Traffic increases or user engagement metrics
  • Rich result appearances in search engine results pages
  • Click-through rates or conversion improvements
  • AI platform discovery or content surfacing

Search engines may choose not to display rich results even when valid schema markup is present. This decision is entirely at the discretion of each search engine and is influenced by factors outside of schema markup quality.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase of a Schema Gallery license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on the number of websites specified in your subscription tier:

  • Pro License: Use on 1 website
  • Freelancer License: Use on up to 5 websites
  • Developer License: Use on unlimited websites

The free version of Schema Gallery is available for use on unlimited websites with limited features. Premium features require an active paid license.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Annual Subscriptions

All paid licenses are billed annually. Your subscription will automatically renew each year unless you cancel before the renewal date.

4.2 Additional Purchase Extension

If you purchase a higher-tier license while an existing license is active, your new subscription term will be extended by one year from your original expiration date as a bonus. For example, if you have a Pro license expiring in 6 months and purchase a Freelancer license, your new Freelancer license will be valid for 18 months (6 months remaining + 12 months new subscription).

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected subscription.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases.

5. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid licenses. If you are not satisfied with Schema Gallery for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date but note that all features will be locked until a new subscription is purchased.

To request a refund, contact us at support@schemagallery.com with your purchase details. Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days.

Note: Refunds are only available for initial purchases, not for subscription renewals.

6. License Activation and Management

6.1 Activation

Each license must be activated on your websites using a unique license key. You may activate your license on the number of sites permitted by your subscription tier.

6.2 Deactivation

You may deactivate your license from any website through your customer dashboard at any time. This allows you to transfer your license to a different website within your site limit.

6.3 License Expiration

When your license expires, your current installation will continue to operate with all existing Pro functionality; however, you will no longer receive feature updates, security patches, or access to Pro support.

Behavior After Expiration:

  • All existing galleries, including those using Pro features such as YouTube videos and location schema, will continue to function and display correctly on your website.
  • Schema markup validation and Pro-related functionality will remain active for your current setup.
  • No new Pro features, improvements, or bug fixes will be provided after your license expires.
  • Access to Pro support and priority assistance will be discontinued.

Creating and Editing Galleries:

  • You can continue using all previously activated Pro features as they are.
  • Any new features introduced after your license expiration will not be available until renewal.
  • The Pro version can be fully restored with updates and support by renewing your license through your customer dashboard.

To get access to new features, security updates, and Pro support again, simply renew your license through your customer dashboard. Once renewed, everything picks right back up where you left off.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Schema Gallery only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugin
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
  • Share your license key with others
  • Use Schema Gallery to create content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Schema Gallery
  • Use Schema Gallery for any illegal or harmful purposes

8. Intellectual Property

Schema Gallery, including its code, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by Impact Web Solutions LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your license does not transfer any ownership rights.

9. Support and Updates

9.1 Support

Active license holders receive email support and access to our documentation. We strive to respond to support requests within 48 hours during business days.

9.2 Updates

Active license holders receive all plugin updates, including bug fixes, security patches, and new features. Updates are available through your WordPress admin panel.

10. Accessibility Commitment

We strive to make Schema Gallery accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We follow web accessibility standards and best practices in our development process.

If you encounter any accessibility issues while using Schema Gallery, please contact us at support@schemagallery.com with details about the issue. We are committed to addressing accessibility concerns promptly and will work to provide reasonable accommodations.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

SCHEMA GALLERY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

While we strive for accuracy in our Schema markup validation, we do not guarantee that Schema Gallery will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements. You are responsible for testing Schema Gallery in your environment and ensuring it meets your needs.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMPACT WEB SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use Schema Gallery
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through Schema Gallery
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through Schema Gallery

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or Schema Gallery shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Impact Web Solutions LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of Schema Gallery
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Content you create or publish using Schema Gallery

14. Cancellation and Termination

14.1 Cancellation by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods except within the 14-day money-back guarantee period and if you do request a refund in the 14 day window, the Pro features will be locked until a new subscrtiption is purchased.

14.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to:

  • Exceeding your site activation limit
  • Sharing your license key
  • Using Schema Gallery for illegal purposes
  • Abusing our support services

In case of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.

15. Privacy

Your use of Schema Gallery is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Schema Gallery after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Schema Gallery shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Arizona. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Impact Web Solutions LLC regarding Schema Gallery and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
